1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Right Click Prompt ("Service"), operated by AIAC Inc., doing business as Right Click Prompt ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using the Chrome extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Right Click Prompt is a text snippet management platform that allows users to organize, store, and quickly access text snippets (commonly referred to as "prompts") through a web dashboard and Chrome browser extension. The Service provides tools for:

Creating and organizing text snippets in folders
Accessing text snippets via right-click context menu
Sharing text snippet collections with others
Copying text to clipboard for use in other applications

The Service is a neutral text management tool. We do not provide, operate, or control any artificial intelligence systems. How users choose to use the text snippets they manage through our Service is entirely at their own discretion and responsibility.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be solely responsible for all content you create, store, or share through the Service
Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use the Service to store or distribute illegal, harmful, or malicious content
Evaluate and review any text snippets before using them in any context

4. AI Tool Disclaimer

THIS IS A CRITICAL SECTION. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

Right Click Prompt is NOT an artificial intelligence provider. We are a text snippet management service. We do not:

Operate, control, or have any affiliation with AI systems such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any other AI tools
Generate, modify, or process text using artificial intelligence
Have any control over how third-party AI systems interpret or respond to text
Guarantee any particular outcome when text is used with AI systems

When you copy text from our Service and paste it into any AI tool or other application, you do so entirely at your own risk. We have no control over:

How AI systems process, interpret, or respond to any text
The accuracy, safety, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs
Any actions taken by AI systems based on text input
Any consequences arising from AI system behavior

YOU ASSUME FULL AND SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM THE USE OF TEXT SNIPPETS FROM OUR SERVICE IN ANY CONTEXT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO USE WITH AI SYSTEMS.

5. Prompt Injection and Security Warning

You acknowledge and understand that:

Text snippets (including those commonly called "prompts") can potentially influence the behavior of AI systems in unexpected ways
"Prompt injection" is a known phenomenon where carefully crafted text can cause AI systems to behave in unintended ways
Text snippets created or shared by other users may contain content designed to manipulate AI systems
We do not review, verify, or validate the safety or intended behavior of user-generated text snippets

YOU MUST REVIEW AND EVALUATE ALL TEXT SNIPPETS BEFORE USING THEM. You are solely responsible for understanding the potential effects of any text you use with AI systems or other applications.

6. User-Generated Content

The Service allows you to create, store, and share text snippets ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

We are not responsible for User Content. We do not:

Review, approve, or endorse any User Content
Guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of User Content
Monitor all User Content for compliance with these Terms
Accept liability for any User Content created or shared by users

When you access shared content from other users, you do so at your own risk. You should exercise caution and judgment before using any content created by others.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

Store or distribute illegal content
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Share account credentials with others
Circumvent subscription requirements or access controls
Use automated tools to abuse or overload the Service

9. Subscription, Billing, and Payment

Right Click Prompt offers a 7-day free trial and a paid Pro subscription. The Pro subscription provides full access to the dashboard and Chrome extension, and is available at $6 per month or $58 per year (billed annually).

Dashboard Limits. Pro subscribers may store up to 25,000 prompts across up to 250 folders, with up to 100 prompts per folder. These limits apply to the web dashboard at rightclickprompt.com.

Chrome Extension Limits. The Chrome extension displays prompts from your Quick Access menu, which supports up to 30 folders with up to 10 prompts per folder (300 items total). Quick Access is a curated subset of your full dashboard library. To add prompts to the extension, drag folders from My Prompts to Quick Access on the dashboard.

Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the end of your billing period. You authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge the payment method on file for each renewal.

Failed Payments. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry the charge up to 3 times over a 7-day period. If all retry attempts fail, your account will be locked until payment is resolved.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After your billing period ends, your account will be locked. Your prompts will remain safely stored in your account, and any shared links will continue to work.

Price Changes. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' email notice before a new rate takes effect on their account.

10. Refund Policy

All subscription payments, whether monthly or annual, are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Because no payment is collected during the free trial period, no refund applies to trials.

If you believe a charge was unauthorized or made in error, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

11. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. During the trial, you will have full access to all features including the dashboard and Chrome extension.

At the end of your trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using Right Click Prompt. If you do not subscribe, your account will be locked. Your prompts remain safely stored and any shared links continue to work.

12. Service Availability and Data

We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING BACKUPS OF YOUR DATA.

We are not responsible for data loss from any cause, including but not limited to system failures, security incidents, or account termination. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its preservation under all circumstances.

The export feature is available at all times, including after your subscription ends. We encourage you to export your data regularly. Data recovery is best-effort and is not guaranteed.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
Any content will be safe, appropriate, or effective for any purpose
The Service will meet your specific requirements

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RIGHT CLICK PROMPT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

This includes, without limitation, any damages arising from:

Use of text snippets with AI systems or other applications
Outputs, responses, or behaviors of AI systems
Prompt injection or manipulation of AI systems
User-generated content created or shared through the Service
Any actions taken based on content from the Service
Data loss or corruption
Service interruptions or downtime
Changes to or removal of features

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These limitations apply in the aggregate to all claims combined, regardless of the form of action (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), and apply even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. The limitations in this section reflect an agreed allocation of risk between you and us and are an essential basis of the bargain; the Service would not be provided at its price without them. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of the above may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIAC Inc. (d/b/a Right Click Prompt) and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of the Service
Your User Content
Your use of text snippets with AI systems or other applications
Any outputs or consequences from AI systems based on your use of text snippets
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of third parties

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time.

Upon termination or cancellation, your account will be locked. Your data remains stored and shared links continue to work. You may resubscribe at any time to regain full access.

Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to deletion after notice. We will attempt to notify you via email before deleting an inactive account.

17. Referral Program

Right Click Prompt may offer a referral program that allows users to earn commissions by referring new subscribers. The referral program is subject to the following terms:

The referral program may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice
Commissions are earned only on confirmed, non-refunded payments from referred subscribers
There is a $10 minimum payout threshold; payouts are processed via Stripe Connect
Self-referrals, fraudulent activity, or any form of abuse will result in the forfeiture of all earned commissions and may lead to account termination

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.

19. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
