Accessing text snippets via right-click context menu
Sharing text snippet collections with others
Copying text to clipboard for use in other applications

The Service is a neutral text management tool. We do not provide, operate, or control any artificial intelligence systems. How users choose to use the text snippets they manage through our Service is entirely at their own discretion and responsibility.

3. User Responsibilities

Right Click Prompt is NOT an artificial intelligence provider. We are a text snippet management service. We do not:

Operate, control, or have any affiliation with AI systems such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any other AI tools
Generate, modify, or process text using artificial intelligence
Have any control over how third-party AI systems interpret or respond to text
Guarantee any particular outcome when text is used with AI systems

When you copy text from our Service and paste it into any AI tool or other application, you do so entirely at your own risk. We have no control over:

How AI systems process, interpret, or respond to any text
The accuracy, safety, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs
Any actions taken by AI systems based on text input
Any consequences arising from AI system behavior

"Prompt injection" is a known phenomenon where carefully crafted text can cause AI systems to behave in unintended ways
Text snippets created or shared by other users may contain content designed to manipulate AI systems
We do not review, verify, or validate the safety or intended behavior of user-generated text snippets

YOU MUST REVIEW AND EVALUATE ALL TEXT SNIPPETS BEFORE USING THEM. You are solely responsible for understanding the potential effects of any text you use with AI systems or other applications.

6. User-Generated Content

The Service allows you to create, store, and share text snippets ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

We are not responsible for User Content. We do not:

Review, approve, or endorse any User Content
Guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of User Content
Monitor all User Content for compliance with these Terms
Accept liability for any User Content created or shared by users

This includes, without limitation, any damages arising from:

Use of text snippets with AI systems or other applications
Outputs, responses, or behaviors of AI systems
Prompt injection or manipulation of AI systems
User-generated content created or shared through the Service
Any actions taken based on content from the Service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Right Click Prompt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of the Service
Your User Content
Your use of text snippets with AI systems or other applications
Any outputs or consequences from AI systems based on your use of text snippets
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of third parties

11. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
